Big Game Sliders

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound thick cut bacon, put in freezer
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 Avocados, smashed
- 1 Onion, grilled
- 1/4 cup Sriracha and mayo combined to make a spicy mayo sauce. Ratio to your preference.
- 1 package KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Sweet Slider Buns
Preparation
- 1 Finely chop frozen bacon. (Freezing your bacon makes it easier to chop. If you have a meat grinder, bacon does not need to be frozen, but most people don’t have one at home.)
- 2 Portion 12 meatball sized patties made with half bacon and half ground beef and make into slider sized patties. Grill slider patties until cooked all the way through.
- 3 Melt cheddar cheese over your patties. While cheese is melting, slice the KING’S HAWAIIAN rolls in half horizontally and toast over indirect heat. If indirect heat is not an option, keep a very close eye on your rolls as they will toast fairly quickly over direct heat!
- 4 Build your burger in this order: Bottom of roll, spicy mayo, slider patty w/ cheese, grilled onions, smashed avocado, top of roll.
