Step 1
Preheat oven to 400° F.
Step 2
Slice a 3/4-inch thick round slice off the top of the sweet bread loaf.
Step 3
Lightly sauté garlic in olive oil, set aside and cool.
Step 4
Dice roma tomatoes, marinate in olive oil.
Step 5
Brush cut side of round bread with garlic and olive oil.
Step 6
Top round bread with shredded mozzarella and half of the diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 7
Top with buffalo mozzarella and the rest of the tomatoes.
Step 8
Place pizza on baking sheet, cook until cheese is lightly browned, about 7-8 minutes.
Step 9
Top pizza with basil chiffonade. Serve.
