Cajun Shrimp & Papaya Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 2 slices of KING'S HAWAIIAN Sliced Bread
  • 3 Slices Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 5 ea. Cajun Shrimp
  • 3 slices Provolone
  • 1 tsp Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 tbs Fresh Papaya Diced
  • 1 oz Fire Roasted Bell Peppers

Preparation

  • 1 Butter both sides of King’s Hawaiian sliced bread and toast in a pan on low heat.
  • 2 Heat the cajun shrimp
  • 3 Add Provolone to one side of bread and top with shrimp and papaya.
  • 4 Top with jack cheese, bell peppers and cilantro.
  • 5 Add one last piece of cheese and top with the other piece of King’s Hawaiian Sliced Bread.
  • 6 Heat until the bread is toasted golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • 7 Enjoy!
