Garden Salad with King’s Hawaiian Croutons

- For the croutons :
- 1 package (12-pack) KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- For the salad :
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup gherkin, sliced (pickled cucumber)
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled and shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped into large pieces
- 1/2 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms, sauteed with olive oil, butter, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 1/2 cups arugula
- For the dressing :
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons water
- 3 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cream or milk
