- 3 T unsalted butter, melted
- 9 oz cooked lobster knuckle meat
- 1 package tempura flour mixture (store bought)
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 T sriracha
- 1 each tomato, finely diced
- 1 each celery stalk, finely diced
- 2 ½ cups white cabbage, shredded very fine
- 1 each lemon, cut in half
- 2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbls chives, fine chop
- 3 T unsalted butter, melted
