Inspired by the flavors of Hawaii, this Chocolate Bread Pudding features irresistibly delicious, perfectly toasted King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls.
Dice 12 Pack into 1 inch squares and toast in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, no fan.
Let toasted pieces cool.
In a large mixing bowl whisk eggs, heavy cream, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla.
In a XL Bowl place toasted Kings Hawaiian pieces. Chop Manoa Dark Chocolate into small pieces (pea size) and lightly chop Chocolate Macadamia nuts (thirds).
Add chopped chocolate and macadamia nuts to toasted bread.
Gently poor liquid mixture into toasted bread bowl and lightly toss.
Let soak for 10 minutes.
Butter a 12x9 (Around that size) inch nonstick pan.
Carefully mix with just three hand motions ensuring chocolate is evenly place and not breaking up toasted pieces.
Place into buttered pan and bake at 320 degrees for 35 minutes with no fan.
