  • 4 tsp garlic butter, melted
  • 12 oz pastrami, thin sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 8 tsp spicy brown mustard
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, thin sliced
  • 1/2 cup onion, thin sliced
  • 18 pcs frozen potato puffs (or 1 cup breakfast hash brown potatoes)
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 T red wine vinegar
  • As needed, Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • As needed, Canola oil, for deep frying
