- 5 pounds Pork shoulder, bone-in or boneless
- 2 tablespoons Hawaiian sea salt (white or red)
- 6 cloves Garlic, peeled
- 1 Sweet onion, chopped
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 cup Water
- 4 cups Leftover steamed rice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons oil
- 3 large eggs lightly beaten
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mauna Loa Dry Roasted Macadamia Nuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2-3 dashes white pepper
- Salt To taste
- 6 ounces Spam Classic, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup Dole pineapple slices, small diced
