  • 1 package of KING'S HAWAIIAN Pretzel Hamburger Buns
  • 1 ea. 2oz Beef Patty
  • 1 oz. Pastrami (Favorite Deli)
  • 1 tbsp of Sauerkraut
  • Garnish Arugula
  • 1 Tsp Salted Butter
  • 1/2 oz White Beer Sauce
  • 1/4 cup of Blue Cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tbsp lemon
  • 2 tbsp Fat Tire Beer
  • Salt and Pepper

Preparation

Our Twice Is Nice with White Beer Cheese recipe includes our delicious Pretzel Hamburger Buns. Perfect for any tailgate!
Step 1
In a small bowl add beer, blue cheese, mayonnaise, lemon and season with salt and pepper, set aside.
Step 2
Season patty with salt and pepper and cook in a medium saute pan to desired temperature, set aside.
Step 3
In the same pan, heat your favorite deli pastrami until hot.
Step 4
Butter and toast your KING'S HAWAIIAN Pretzel Hamburger Bun.
Step 5
Place arugula on bottom of you KING'S HAWAIIAN Pretzel Hamburger Bun then add beef patty.
Step 6
Evenly spread white beer cheese on to beef patty.
Step 7
Stack pastrami on white beer cheese, then add sauerkraut.
Step 8
Finish with top bun. Enjoy!
