1 cup Mayo, divided
6 ¼ teaspoons Curry Powder, divided
1 ½ tablespoons plain yogurt
1 ½ tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon Sriracha
1 clove garlic minced
3 pounds ground turkey
6 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, minced
2 tablespoons Fresh Ginger, peeled & minced
2 teaspoons Ground Cumin
3/4 teaspoon Hot Chili Powder or Hungarian Hot Paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Tomatoes, sliced
Red Onions, sliced (grilled optional)
4 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns

Step 1
Mix 3/4 Cup mayonnaise, 2 ¼ tsp curry powder, yogurt, ketchup, Sriracha and garlic in small bowl for sauce. Let stand at room temperature while preparing burgers.

Step 2
Place turkey, next 6 ingredients, remaining 1/4 Cup mayonnaise, and 4 tsp curry powder in large bowl. Mix with fork or hands just until blended (do not over mix). Divide mixture into 4 equal portions. Using wet hands, form each portion into patty about 3.5 inches round and 1 to 1.5 inches thick.

Step 3
Preheat broiler or heat 1 Tbsp oil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. If broiling patties, brush rimmed baking sheet with 1 Tbsp oil and arrange patties on sheet. Broil (or cover patties in skillet and cook in batches) until cooked through, pressing patties down lightly with spatula before turning over, about 3 minutes per side (or 4 minutes per side if cooking in skillet).

Step 4
Place patties on bottom halves of buns. Top each patty with sauce. Layer with lettuce, tomato and onions. Finally, crown your burger with the top part of the bun. Enjoy!
