Preheat grill to medium high heat.
In a bowl mix the ground chicken, blue cheese, paprika, cayenne, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and pepper. Mix well until combined.
Form mixture into 4 equal patties.
Place burgers on the grill and cook until brown. Flip over and cook on the other side, approximately 7 minutes per side.
In another bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ½ cup blue cheese, milk, ¼ tsp. hot sauce and the additional ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce, until smooth.
Place a leaf of lettuce on top of the King’s Hawaiian hamburger bun. Add a slice of tomato and a slice of red onion. Place the burger patty on top of the onion.
Top the burger with the blue cheese sauce and place the other half of the burger bun on top.
