Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.

Combine shredded chicken, hot sauce, butter, lemon juice and brown sugar in baking dish, cover with foil and bake 20 minutes or until heated through.
Step 3
Meanwhile in a small bowl for slaw combine shreds of carrot and celery and red cabbage with blue cheese and ranch dressing.
Step 4
To assemble, spoon about 3 tablespoons of chicken mixture on bottom of split roll, top with slaw and top half roll.
