Savory flavors like sour cream and avocado with fresh carne asada make for an ultra satisfying slider recipe.
Preheat Oven to 350
Keeping slider buns connected, separate top from bottom. Brush butter evenly on to top slider buns and set aside. Brush butter evenly onto the open face of bottom buns.
Place bottom slider buns (open side up) onto baking sheet. Loosely cover in foil and bake in oven for 5 minutes. This will lightly toast the bottom buns to create a sturdier base for your sliders.
Spread a thin layer of refried beans on to bottom slider buns. Then evenly carne asada, followed by a layer of cheese onto bottom buns. Place top slider buns next to bottom buns and throw it all back into oven for another 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted. Loosely cover top slider buns with foil if need to prevent burning. (oven vary)
When cheese is melted take everything out of the oven. Separate all slider buns and proceed to dress your sliders with sour cream and guacamole. Then cover with top slider bun and serve immediately.
