  • 2 Yellow Onions, cut in circles
  • Mayo - As desired
  • Sriracha Sauce (optional)
  • Avocado, sliced (optional)
  • 1 Loaf of KING'S HAWAIIAN 16oz Sliced Bread

Carne Asada is a Mexican staple found in many parts of the world and very popular in Los Angeles, CA. Using lightly toasted KING'S HAWAIIAN Sliced Bread offers a unique twist to this classic beef dish.
Step 1
Heat enough oil to coat a large frying pan.
Step 2
Sauté onions until translucent.
Step 3
Add steak (cook in 2 batches if necessary) and sprinkle salt to taste. Cook steak until cooked through.
Step 4
Lightly toast KING’S HAWAIIAN sliced bread (or grill in clean pan with a little oil).
Step 5
Spread mayo on KING’S HAWAIIAN bread and put steak onion mixture in between bread. Add sliced avocado.
