Carolina Chili Slaw Dogs

4 Hot Dogs

1 pack King's Hawaiian Hot Dog Buns


1lb Lean Ground Beef

1/2 cup Chopped Onion

3 tbs Tomato Paste

1 cup Water

1/4 cup Ketchup

1 tbs Chili Powder

1 tsp Sugar

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp Paprika

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 (16oz package) Cole Slaw Mix

2/3 cup Mayo

1/4 cup Sugar

2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar

Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, sugar, and apple cider vinegar. Refrigerate until needed.
Step 2
Grill hot dogs for 6-7 minutes, turning continuously. Remove and set aside.
Step 3
In a large pan, cook the ground beef and onion until ground beef is no longer pink. Spoon off any excess fat/liquid.
Step 4
Add remaining chili ingredients and cook for about 15minutes. If chili gets too thick, you can add more water.
Step 5
To serve, place hot dogs in buns. Top with mustard, chili, slaw and enjoy!
