Chicken Bacon Avocado Sliders

1 Onion

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon Brown sugar

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

1 pound Ground chicken

1 egg

1/3 cup breadcrumbs

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic minced

Salt & pepper To taste

1 Avocado

6 strips cooked bacon

1 package King's Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls

Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan over medium heat and add the diced onion to carmelize. Stir occasionally, allowing the onion soften and turn golden brown. Add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to the onions in the pan and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
Step 2
In a separate mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, fresh parsley, garlic and dash of salt & pepper. Add the caramelized onion mix from the pan to the chicken mixture and mix well. Form the chicken mixture into 10 slider-sized patties. Grill the patties over medium high heat for 3 to 5 minutes per side.
Step 3
Remove the chicken patties from the grill and top each with two small pieces of cooked bacon and sliced avocado.
