Corned Beef Mini Sub

1 pound thinly sliced corned beef (find it at the deli at your local grocery store)
dijon mustard
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup Coleslaw (see recipe:
2 Tbsp butter
1 - 4 pack KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls


Step 1
Heat an iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Step 2
Add 2 Tbsp. of butter to the pan and sauté the onions for about 2 minutes.

Step 3
Add the sliced corned beef to the pan and toss with the onions. Cook until meat and onions are slightly caramelized. Turn off heat.

Step 4
Open the Kings Hawaiian Mini Sub Rolls and layer ingredients in this order: Dijon mustard on bottom half, then add cheese, followed by onions & corned beef, then add the coleslaw and finish with the top part of the sub roll.
