In a large bowl, combine all of the crab cake ingredients. Mix ingredients until well combined. Shape the meat mixture into small slider patties and set aside.
Drizzle about 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, carefully place crab cakes, in batches, in the pan and fry until browned(about 4-5 minutes per side.) Carefully flip the crab cakes and fry the other side until golden brown, another 4-5 minutes.
Place slider patties on buns. Top with mayo and greens, and serve.
