Chef Bert Agor, Jr.
A native Hawaiian from the island of Kauai, Chef Bert Agor, Jr.'s childhood dream was to become a chef. Working side-by-side many summers with his father in favorite Hawaiian restaurants, he gained the skills necessary to become an Executive Chef / Trainer. Now, in addition to creating unforgettable restaurant dining experiences, Chef Bert creates onolicious recipes for KING'S HAWAIIAN®, based on Flavors of Hawaii from his childhood.

Ingredients

2 each KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Dinner Rolls

1 each Dole pineapple rings, cut into 1/8 inch pieces

Togarashi, for dusting

4 ounces Pulled pork

2 each Honey smoked ham deli slice

1 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Whole grain mustard

2 teaspoons butter

Preparation
Step 1
Butter toast King Hawaiian Dinner roll. Mix mustard and mayonnaise together and spread 1 teaspoon of Aioli on top and bottom bun.
Step 2
Heat pulled pork and ham in the same pan as used in toasting bun with remaining butter. First place ham on bottom bun with mustard aioli, then pulled pork. Set on plate.
Step 3
In the same pan sear lightly dusted pineapple and place on pulled pork.
Step 4
Skewer top bun on and serve.
