This namesake hot dog of the Dogzilla Food Truck is a complex twist on a simple snack that adds up to a perfect piece of the Pacific.
Step 1
Cut 3 KING'S HAWAIIAN Rolls 3/4 down from middle (make sure buns are still connected)
Step 2
Cut avocado (will use about 3 slices per dog)
Step 3
Boil your hot dog for 3 min.
Step 4
Grill onions in pan. Remove from heat.
Step 5
Toast sides of bun in pan.
Step 6
Place dog in bun then grilled onions and avocado slices on top.
Step 7
Drizzle with Japanese mayo and teriyaki sauce
Step 8
Sprinkle furikake and bacon bits.
