Easy Cheesy Philly Cheese Steak
Heat an iron skillet or a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add 4 tablespoons of oil to the pan and sauté the onions and peppers for about 2 minutes.
Add the shaved rib eye, salt and pepper to the contents of the pan. Toss everything, making sure to cook the meat. When the meat is cooked to your liking, turn off the heat.
Make sure the meat, peppers and onions are separated into 4 groups. Place two slices of provolone over the top of each grouping to melt them.
Using a pair of tongs, transfer the cheesy contents on to the mini sub rolls. Grab a napkin and dig in!
