- 4 tablespoons canola oil
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 Sweet Maui Onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 2 teaspoons Sea Salt (add or subtract to your preference)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper (add or subtract to your preference)
