  • 4ea King's Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 4 slices applewood smoked bacon
  • 1/4c shredded cheddar cheese
  • Kosher Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • 12 ea Raspberries
  • Ketchup
  • Mayo
  • Mustard

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F degrees and place bacon on a cooling rack. Bake until cooked, about 23-25 minutes.
Step 2
Remove from oven and let cool. When cool break each slice of bacon in 1/2.
Step 3
Put a non-stick pan on medium low heat.
Step 4
In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, salt and pepper.
Step 5
When the pan is heated, add the eggs and slowly stir.
Step 6
After about 2 minutes add the cheese and continue to cook an additional 1-2 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Step 7
Build your slider by adding a 1/4 of the scramble to each bottom bun, top the egg with 2 pieces bacon, optional: add condiments to the underside of the top bun, serve with a garnish of raspberries.
