Eggnog Cake

8 ounces heavy whipping cream
4 ounces Egg nog
3 tablespoons sugar
6 ounces White chocolate shavings
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Step 1
Slice the loaf across into three circles, like a layer cake.

Step 2
Brush each layer and its sides with egg nog and set aside separately.

Step 3
Using hand mixer, whip cream, sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon until stiff peaks.

Step 4
Place bottom layer of cake onto serving tray or dish, and smooth 1/3 of whipped cream mixture onto surface, keeping sides clean and exposed. Place next layer of bread on top of whipped mixture and smooth another 1/3 of mixture onto the second layer of bread. Repeat with final layer of bread.

Step 5
Finish with garnishes of ample white chocolate shavings atop and on the sides of the cake and a sprinkle of ground nutmeg. Keep in the refrigerator and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
