First blend the eggs, milk and vanilla together in a large, shallow bowl. Then add the cinnamon. Finally mix in the coconut.
Dip King's Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread into the batter and cook each side until golden brown on a skillet.
While the toast is cooking, add equal parts of creamy peanut butter along with coconut cream into a small sauce pan. Melt together on low, constantly stirring.
Now is the time to add salt and sugar if desired.
Spread the peanut butter mixture on the french toast and top with sliced banana.
For garnish and additional sweet flavor add powdered sugar, coconut & cinnamon.
