A fish sandwich your kids are bound to love! And BONUS, no crusts!
Cut both slices of the bread into two oval like shapes for the body of the fish.
Cut three small triangles out of the cheese and three small triangles out of the Genoa salami and set aside for later.
Put the remaining cheese and deli meat on the bottom slice of bread.
Put mayonnaise and mustard on the top slice of bread. Place the top slice of bread on the bottom half.
Attach the triangles of salami and cheese to the top and bottom of the sliced bread ovals. These are the fins of the fish.
Shave slices of carrot and place on top of the sandwich for the fish scales. Cut out a heart shape from one of the slices for the mouth.
Slice one green olive in half for the eye and enjoy!
