While chicken is cooking, you can prep and make your Lava Slaw. In a bowl combine slaw mix, mayo, KING’S HAWAIIAN Big Island Lava Sauce, salt and pepper. Blend well and put in fridge.
When your chicken is done cooking, cut tenders in half if needed so they fit into slider rolls.
Construct your Fried Chicken Sliders: Bottom roll, pickle chips, chicken tender, Lava Slaw, top roll. Use a toothpick if needed to keep the slider together. Garnish plate with chopped parsley.
