Fried Lava Chicken Slider with Creamy Slaw
Preheat oven to 375.
Begin by laying your ingredients out for breading the chicken. Lay out three wide, low-bottom bowls in the following order: flour, eggs, breadcrumbs.Season the flour and bread crumbs with salt and pepper to taste.
Wash and dry the chicken thighs, then dunk them in the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Repeat until the chicken thighs are fully coated in breadcrumbs.
Lay each chicken thigh on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping half way through.
Build the sliders by layering the breaded chicken, KING'S HAWAIIAN Big Island Lava Sauce, coleslaw, cilantro and red onion.
