Let’s start by making pineapple mayo. Combine mayonnaise, dole pineapple, garlic cloves, and green onion. Whisk all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and chill until ready to serve. Pineapple mayo will last for about 5 days in the refrigerator, so feel free to prepare it ahead of time.
