  • 2 8 ounce packs of Imitation Crab Meat
  • 1 Whole Pineapple, Cored, and cut into small squares. Used about 1/2 Cup.
  • 3 Celery Sticks, Chopped Finely. I like a lot of crunch in my Crab Salad.
  • 1 Red Onion, Chopped Finely (Use as much as you like, I use just a few slices, then Finely Chopped.)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet 24-pack Dinner Rolls
