Island Crab Salad

2 8 ounce packs of Imitation Crab Meat
1 Whole Pineapple, Cored, and cut into small squares. Used about 1/2 Cup.
3 Celery Sticks, Chopped Finely. I like a lot of crunch in my Crab Salad.
1 Red Onion, Chopped Finely (Use as much as you like, I use just a few slices, then Finely Chopped.)
Salt & Pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet 24-pack Dinner Rolls


Step 1
Chop up Crab Meat, Red Onion, Celery, and Pineapple. Place into a bowl.

Step 2
Add Mayo, Salt & Pepper into the bowl with the chopped Ingredients. Add as much Mayo, depending on thickness of Salad you want. Also use some of that sweet pineapple juice in it too.

Step 3
Use an Ice Cream scooper, and scoop out your Island Crab Saland onto the King's Hawaiian Rolls.
