Ingredients
4 strips Bacon, chopped into 1/4 inch cubes
2 Jalapenos, seeded and chopped
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese softened
1 package (9 ounces) Ranch dressing mix
2 cups Grated cheddar cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
Carrot and celery sticks
Cucumber rounds
cherry tomatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Step 2
Cook bacon in a small skillet, over medium heat, until crisp, stirring occasionally. For last two minutes, add chopped jalapeño and cook until slightly softened.
Step 3
Remove bacon jalapeño mixture from the skillet with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Step 4
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, cheddar cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in bacon/jalapeño mixture.
Step 5
Hollow out center of KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread to create a bowl. Cut or tear center bread into cubes. Spoon mixture into the bread bowl and bake for 20 minutes. Serve dip with bread cubes and vegetables.
