- 4 eggs, cracked and beat
- 1 c flour
- 1 pack Panko bread crumbs
- 1 pack hot dogs
- 1 bottle Kewpie Mayonnaise
- 1 bottle Katsu or Teriyaki Sauce
- Furikake seasoning
- Oil for frying
- 1 Pack KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Hot Dog Buns
- 2 Persian cucumbers, thin sliced, skin on
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- Chili flake to taste
- ¼ c Rice Wine Vinegar
