  • 1 bottle Katsu or Teriyaki Sauce
  • Furikake seasoning
  • Oil for frying

  • 2 Persian cucumbers, thin sliced, skin on
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  • Chili flake to taste
  • ¼ c Rice Wine Vinegar
