KING'S HAWAIIAN Barbecue Chicken
Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Combine in bowl with chopped onion and let marinate for 4-6 hours.
Brush grill with oil and preheat on high.
Before placing chicken on grill, set temperature to low. Grill chicken with lid closed for 10-15 minutes.
Baste top of chicken with King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Pineapple BBQ Sauce and flip. Continue to baste the grilled side of chicken with BBQ Sauce and let cook for another 10-15 minutes with lid closed.
Check if chicken is done by cutting the thickest part of the thigh, making sure it’s cooked all the way through. Brush more sauce on chicken as it finishes, and as desired.
Let sit for a few minutes before serving and enjoy, using more BBQ sauce as desired.
