Use a stand mixer to combine cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar.
Using a rolling pin, flatten each piece of bread, then cut crusts off of each slice of bread.
Spoon or use piping bag to place 1-2 tablespoons of filling on one side of the bread then roll up tightly without letting the filling fall out the sides. Dip in melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
Place seam side down on a baking sheet. Bake for 16-20 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
