Step 1
First make the batter by combining the milk, large eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon and powder sugar into a large bowl and whisking together, reserve.
Step 2
Now to build the sandwich place the first piece of bread onto a plate followed by avocado, ham, shredded cheddar, caramelized onions, salami, tomatoes, mozzarella and finish by topping with the second piece of bread. Place into a 350 degree oven for 10 minutes to melt the sandwich together.
Step 3
Remove the sandwhich and lightly press down on the sandwich to compress it next dredge in the batter making sure to coat every pies of the bread next melt the butter in a hot pan and add the sandwich cook for 2 minutes on each side making sure the sandwich crisp up.
Step 4
Remove and allow to cool slightly next cut in half and serve immediately.
