  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup Del Monte Pineapple chunks, drained, 1/2-inch dice
  • 3/4 cup Mauna Loa Macadamia Nuts, chopped
  • 3 Scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger root, grated
  • 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
