- 1/2 pound cut crosswise into 1/4" strips bacon
- 2 diced Red bell peppers
- 1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 diced Medium onion
- 4 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Sweet Paprika
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 1/2 cup KING'S HAWAIIAN Light Roasted Kona Coffee BBQ Sauce
- 2 cups Canned Pineapple Chunks
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 5 thinly sliced for garnish Green Onions
- Coconut Smoked Gouda Grits: *
- 2 cups Water
- 3 cups Chicken stock
- 1/2 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup Quick Grits
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup Shredded Smoked Gouda
