  • 2 diced Red bell peppers
  • 1 diced green bell pepper
  • 1 diced Medium onion
  • 4 cloves minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Sweet Paprika
  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup KING'S HAWAIIAN Light Roasted Kona Coffee BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups Canned Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 5 thinly sliced for garnish Green Onions
  • Coconut Smoked Gouda Grits: *
  • 2 cups Water
  • 3 cups Chicken stock
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Quick Grits
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup Shredded Smoked Gouda
