3 pounds ground beef

8 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sesame oil

6 clove garlic minced

6 Green Onion, minced

6 tablespoons White Onion, minced

6 tablespoons Sprite

1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

6 cups Good Quality Store Bought Kimchi

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 - 6 pack KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns

Step 1
In a bowl, combine the ground beef, soy sauce, sesame oil, sprite, white onion, green onion, garlic, and black pepper. Mix well and form into 6 hamburger patties.
Step 2
Grill your hamburgers until you reach your preferred temperature.
Step 3
In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise with the Sriracha. Set Aside.
Step 4
Lightly toast your King’s Hawaiian Hamburger Buns on the grill.
Step 5
Assemble the burger: Spread the Sriracha Mayo mix over the inside of your hamburger buns. Place your hamburger patties on top of the bottom buns. Put a good portion of kimchi on top of the hamburger patties.
Step 6
Crown the top of your hamburgers with the top portion of the buns. Enjoy!

Kaitlin Ramos says:

Chefs note: Kimchi is not for everybody. You can make the Galbi burger using traditional hamburger toppings like lettuce, tomato or grilled onions if you prefer!
