Pineapple Char Siu Pulled Pork Sliders

- For the pulled pork: 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/3 cup Pineapple juice
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice
- 1 tablespoon garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon (or to taste) chili sauce, such as samba oelek or sriracha
- (1) 3-pound pork butt or shoulder
- 2 cups pineapple, cut into small pieces
- For the slaw: *
- 4 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 2 tablespoons lime juice or rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce or soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- For the sliders: *
- 12 King's Hawaiian Sweet Hawaiian Rolls, halved and toasted or grilled
- 12 chunks pineapple
- 1 bunch green onions sliced
