Preparation

All of the flavors of char siu (Chinese roast pork) in pulled pork sliders on King's Hawaiian Sweet Hawaiian Rolls with pineapple and slaw; the perfect combination of sweet and savory with an exotic twist.
Step 1
For the pulled pork: Mix all of the ingredients up to the pork butt, place the pork butt into the slow cooker, top with half of the sauce and the pineapple and cook on low of 8+ hours
Step 2
Remove the pork from the slow cooker, trim the fat, shred the pork and mix in the remaining sauce and enough of the juices from the slow cooker to make the pulled pork nice and juicy
Step 3
For the slaw: Mix everything and set aside.
Step 4
For the sliders: Top the bottom buns with the pineapple chunks followed by the pulled pork, slaw, green onions and the tops of the buns and enjoy!
