Pulled Pork and Apple Coleslaw

Recipe Details

1 package Coleslaw mix

4 or 5 Apples (Fuji apples)

1 cup mayonnaise

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons poppy seeds

1/2 cup Chopped pecans

Apple BBQ Sauce: *

1 cup Favorite BBQ sauce (Most store-bought sauces offer an

1 cup Apple jelly

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar


Step 1
For the Apple Coleslaw:

Julianne your apples and make sure to pour some lemon juice over them as you Julienne them so they don't turn brown.
Step 3
Mix all ingredients in together and sit in the fridge until your ready to top the pulled pork sandwiches.
Step 4
For the Apple BBQ Sauce:

Whisk all ingredients together and sit in the fridge until it's time to top the pulled pork sandwiches.

Simply pile some pulled pork on the bottom half of a King's Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Hamburger Buns, then top with some apple coleslaw and apple BBQ sauce.
