Slow Cooked Pulled Pork with Garlic Aioli & Sriracha Mayo Slaw

Recipe Details

1 package King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls

3-4 lbs boneless pork shoulder/butt

1-1/2 tsp paprika

2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp cayenne

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

2 cups water

2 tbsp BBQ sauce

1 package prepared coleslaw mix

1/2 cup mayo

1 tbsp Sriracha

3/4 cup mayo

1 tsp minced garcli

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped

Step 1
PULLED PORK - Combine paprika, black pepper, cayenne, thyme, garlic powder and salt. Rub evenly over pork shoulder. Place in slow cooker and add 2 cups water. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Remove pork and place in a mixing bowl. Add BBQ sauce and pull apart.
Step 2
SRIRACHA SLAW - Mix coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, sriracha, salt and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 3
GARLIC AIOLI - Mix mayonnaise, garlic, pepper, lemon juice and chives in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 4
SLIDERS - Slice King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls in half and break apart one at a time. Top bottom half with a spoonful of garlic aioli followed by pulled pork, slaw, top bun and enjoy!
