Bacon and BBQ plus a slow-cooked tri tip slider? Hand that our way.
Step 1
Trim fat from your tri-tip if it’s not trimmed already. Season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic to taste.
Step 2
Put in slow cooker and let cook on low for 3-4 hours.
Step 3
When meat is done cooking, remove from pot and put on cutting board or casserole type dish. Shred meat using two forks. When meat is shredded, pour KING’S HAWAIIAN Smoked Bacon BBQ Sauce all over and fold into meat.
Step 4
Build your sliders: bottom slider bun, a healthy portion of warm tri tip, add more BBQ sauce if you like, crown with top slider bun.
