1 pound Beef chuck roast, shaved into thin slices
2 Green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 Large onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves minced
12 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
8 slices provolone cheese
8 King's Hawaiian Jalapeño Rolls
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter

Step 1
Heat oven to broil. Slice KING'S HAWAIIAN Jalapeno rolls in half and lightly butter each side. Arrange the rolls on a baking sheet and set aside.

Step 2
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced bell pepper, onion and garlic and saute until golden brown and soft. Remove the peppers and onions from pan and set aside.

Step 3
Melt another tablespoon of butter in the saucepan and add sliced beef. Add worcestershire sauce, seasoned with salt and pepper, and cook until meat is browned and cooked through. Stir in cream cheese and remove from heat.

Step 4
Place about 1/4 of a cup of meat on the bottom half of each roll. Top with a spoonful of the green bell pepper & onion mix. Top with a slice of provolone cheese. Broil in the oven until the provolone is melted and rolls are lightly toasted.
