  • 1 Yellow squash
  • 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella
  • Red chili flake, for garnish

ZUCCHINI & YELLOW SQUASH FLATBREAD
Step 1
Preheat oven to low broil setting or 400ºF. Slice the loaf across into three circles and flatten slightly with a rolling pin.
Step 2
Slice both squash into thin circular pieces and brush with olive oil.
Step 3
Brush olive oil onto bread and top with mozzarella, followed by zucchini and squash slices.
Step 4
Place pizzas on baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until cheese starts to bubble.
Step 5
Garnish with red chili flake to taste and enjoy!
