Prepare tempura mix using the box instructions. Set aside.
Using a deep fryer or deep frying pan, heat about 2-inches of oil to 350 degrees (medium-high) heat.
While oil is heating, combine 1-cup of KING’S HAWAIIAN Sweet Island Ginger sauce with orange juice and vinegar in a small saucepan. Let simmer.
When oil is ready, dip chicken in batter covering completely. Drop battered chicken in oil one at a time. Fry until golden brown and chicken thoroughly cooked. Let cooked pieces of chicken rest on a plate covered in paper towels.
In a medium sized bowl, toss tempura chicken with the KING’S HAWAIIAN Sweet Island Ginger sauce mix. Enjoy with rice, noodles or just as is!
