
Sweet Round Bread Baked Brie

- 2 loaves KING'S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread
- 1 (8-12 ounces) Wheel of Brie, Room Temperature
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans or Almonds
Preparation
- 1 Preheat oven to 350F.
- 2 Unwrap one loaf of Sweet Round Bread. Cut out a circle in the center of the bread that will fit your wheel of brie. Pull off the top and reserve it for eating with the brie.
- 3 Unwrap your wheel of brie. Use a butter knife to scrape off some of the white outer coating. Not all will come off, just scrape off some of the bigger chunks. Place the brie in the bread.
- 4 Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Pour melted butter over the top. Tent the loaf with foil.
- 5 Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- 6 Slice the remaining loaf into small slices and serve with the warm brie.
