Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, lightly spray 2-3 quart casserole dish with cooking spray.

Slice or tear the first half of KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread into ½ inch pieces.
Step 3
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and cream cheese. Mix in the eggs, milk, whole kernel corn, cream style corn, chili peppers, onion, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Fold torn Sweet Bread pieces into mixture. Make sure everything is combined well. Pour into prepared casserole dish.
Step 5
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 6
While baking casserole, take ¼ of the KING’S HAWAIIAN Original Hawaiian Sweet Round Bread loaf and using a food processor, pulse into fine crumbs.
Step 7
Lightly toss crumbs with 2 Tablespoons melted butter. After the casserole baked for 30 minutes, remove from oven, top with buttered crumbs and return to oven for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
