Teriyaki Mayonnaise Pork Sandwich

2 Original Hawaiian Sweet Mini Sub Rolls

2 Pork Loin Boneless Thin Sliced Chops

2 tablespoons Teriyaki Marinade Sauce, your favorite brand

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1/2 tablespoon sesame oil

3/4 cup Julienne Cut Carrots

1/2 cup Julienne Cut Cucumber

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar

2-3 Leaves of Green Lettuce, torn

Step 1
Cut pork chops into bite size.
Step 2
Make teriyaki mayonnaise sauce. In a bowl, mix together teriyaki marinade sauce and mayonnaise. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook pork chops until cooked through. Stir in teriyaki mayonnaise sauce and toss to coat.
Step 4
Make carrot and cucumber salad. In a bowl, mix together julienne carrots and salt. Let stand for about 10 minutes or until carrots are tender. After 10 minutes when the carrots are tender, squeeze the carrots to drain completely. Put into a bowl and add julienne cut cucumbers, sugar and rice wine vinegar. Mix until well coated. Set aside.
Step 5
When the pork chops have cooled, make sandwiches. On the bottom of sub roll, place lettuce leaves, put carrots and cucumber salad and pork chops. Put the top of sub roll to cover. Make one more sandwich.
