Thai Hot Dogs with Mango Relish

Recipe Details

6 Hot Dogs (of your choice)

1 cup Mango, diced

1/4 cup Cilantro leaves picked and chopped

1/4 cup Red Onion, small diced

1 cup Thai Peanut Sauce (recipe follows)

1 ½ cup Creamy or Chunky peanut butter (depending on your preference)

1 cup Coconut Milk

3 tablespoons Lime Juice, fresh

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon Fish Sauce

1 tablespoon Sriracha, or other hot sauce

1 tablespoon Ginger Root, peeled and minced

2 Cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro Leaves, picked and rough chopped

1/4 cup Water

(For Thai Peanut Sauce- Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth adding the water as need to thin out for consistency)

1 - 6 pack KING'S HAWAIIAN Hot Dog Buns

Step 1
Depending on how you like your hot dogs, either grill or steam them until they are cooked through.
Step 2
Place a hot dog in each of the KING'S HAWAIIAN Hot Dog Buns. Generously top the dogs with layers of mango, red onions and chopped cilantro, then drizzle with the Thai Peanut Sauce. Enjoy immediately!
